Dr. Grether is a licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in alternative dispute resolution (ADR)and legal psychology. He provides a range of consultation, coaching and ADR services for divorce, child custody, parenting coordination, children with special needs, and family court services preparation. Dr. Grether is the President and Member of the Board of Directors of the Collaborative Family Law Group of San Diego; serves on the High Conflict Case Management Program of the Superior Court of California, San Diego North County Branch; and is a Qualified Neutral under the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act. He has been a practicing clinical psychologist for 36 years and received a Ph.D. from North Carolina State University.
